I’m saying this is a good dinner place but we actually went there for lunch. It was fully booked for dinner and we preferred less hustle anyways. We had the surprise two-course menu for just over €20, and it was incredible. Gorgeous see bass for main and a steak tartar with soft-boiled quail egg for starters, a sublime raspberry hang-op* for dessert. Service was good, and the interior has a modernist wood and metal minimalist thing happening with the potted plant explosion we all love right now. It’s everywhere but it’s still nice. Loved: the fresh (hot) bread and 2 rounds of Prosecco with the raspberry floating in the glass.
* a Dutch specialty yoghurt thingie.
